In Criminal aspect: has successfully handled the sensational case of "two billion village official" in Shenzhen; the case of Liang Mouwei intentional injury leading to an acquittal; the case of Li Mouwen smuggling ordinary goods; the case of Lin Moujie theft, etc. In Civil and commercial matters: successfully acted for a contract dispute involving a Shenzhen car rental company with a contract value of 180 million RMB ; contract of Shenzhen Liansheng Import and Export Co., Ltd. and unjust enrichment (a case by the Supreme People's Court); bankruptcy acquisition of Shenzhen Qiaocheng Tourism Transportation Co., Ltd.; dispute of property management contract between a property management company and Oriental Garden Industry Committee, etc. In non-litigation legal counsel: Lawyer Lin Taoming has served as the legal counsel for more than 130 enterprises and government departments. Among them, he has been the legal consultant for " Shenzhen's First Village ", the epitome of Shenzhen's reform and opening up with visits and guidance from successive national leaders including Deng Xiaoping, Hu Yaobang, Hu Jintao, and Xi Jinping over the past 20 years . In the meantime, the village was the first to carry out the pilot old city reconstruction project in Shenzhen. In November 2019, the firm was recognized as an outstanding law firm in the 2018-2019 period in Shenzhen's Luohu District. In May 2020, Guoshen Law Firm, together with Meng Fanxu Law Firm, Far East Law Group, and Dezhi Law Firm in Heilongjiang, established the first North-South Law Firm Alliance. This alliance aims to enhance the exchange between legal practitioners in the northern and southern regions, providing comprehensive and efficient legal services to clients. The alliance currently comprises over 300 practicing attorneys.
