张成富男，满族，1955年出生于辽宁省，中医康复理疗师，系中国红十字会救护员，现任武汉仁乐中医研究所所长，桓仁富业中药材发展有限公司董事长，湖北省传统文化教育研究会中医药专业委员会顾问，中国民族医药学会民营医疗机构分会副会长，中国民族卫生协会慢病康复展业委员会专家委员，坐诊于武汉艺草堂中医门诊部。
